Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Osteoarthritis, also known as OA, is joint pain that comes from wear and tear. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis affecting millions of people worldwide. It happens when protective cartilage on the ends of your bones wears down. Osteoarthritis most commonly affects joints in your knees, hips, hands, and spine. This particular clinical trial is for people who have osteoarthritis in their knees. Osteoarthritis can gradually worsen and there is currently no cure. Some of the symptoms of osteoarthritis include joint aching and soreness, pain after overuse, stiffness after periods of rest, and joint swelling.

Do you suffer from osteoarthritis in your knee? If so, you may qualify to participate in this clinical research trial using an investigational medication for osteoarthritis of the knee.
